Echo City Year End Wrap Up

Let me jump in here, as I sometimes do when Baxter will allow me…

Joe and I had quite the year, and we wanted to thank everybody who made it possible and, yes, I guess, brag a bit.

From securing our first-ever bookstore signings/appearances—at two Barnes and Noble stores in PA, that has us return for two singings each within a month of appearing at them the first time, one at the historic Moravian bookstore in Bethlehem, PA, and another at The End book store in Allentown—performing another elementary school event, working some musical magic one afternoon at the Easton Area Community Center, seeing the publication of some exquisite hardcovers of our titles, working with a wonderful publishing house in the UK, and one here in the U.S. (publisher of those hardcovers), Joe appearing on a local WFMZ-TV PA morning newscast (see here), to the Echo City Capers train once again chugging round to fairs, craft shows, stopping by the Easton Book Festival, the recent big holiday gatherings we hit in PA and NJ, and our first-ever hospital visit, at St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital in Bethlehem.

Joe and I truly got out and about and worked the ‘brand.’

And not to be indelicate, but also some cold hard cash came our way; we even saw royalties….a first for Echo City Capers. How cool is that?
