Echo City Capers will release an expanded second edition of their middle grade fiction, superhero chapter book, Who Turned Out the Lights? on January 31. This book was originally released by a Canadian publisher, but we’ve tweaked it, added some more art, rearranged the format and put our Parisian Phoenix Kittens touches upon it.
