Yesterday I spent some time with Larry Sceurman, author of The Death of Big Butch and the short story collection Coffee in the Morning. Working with his wife, Barbara, we constructed a basic Substack.
Larry’s new Substack newsletter “Larry’s Stories” will feature his philosophical musings from his own life experience, excerpts from his stories and updates on his appearances and other events.
It will also provide discounts on Larry’s books and links to other Parisian Phoenix authors on Substack.

If you are interested in checking out “Larry’s Stories” and joining Larry’s mailing list, click here. There’s not a whole lot there right now, but we’ll be working on that.
Larry is the third Parisian Phoenix author on Substack. I started with the platform more than a year ago with “Parisian Phoenix Bookish Babble,” and Thurston Gill, author of The Phulasso Devotional, started his newsletter, “Phulasso Living,” this fall.
And I also write for Armchair Lehigh Valley , a political newsletter and effort at restoring local news to the Lehigh Valley, also based on Substack.
