We have even more good news to share as this week, Geraldine Donaher accepted our offer to publish her YA novel Mouth Shut Head Down, which in addition to having some magnificent writing, aims to alert teens and adults about the signs of human trafficking. Protagonist Allee faces a lot in her senior year of high school, like losing her mom to domestic violence, but nothing prepares her for the threat her best friend’s new boyfriend poses…

This book is heavy, but gripping, and full of hope and, if we do our job well, will educate people about how human trafficking works.
