While Geraldine and I were whooping it up in Collingswood, Larry Sceurman hosted a release party for his latest children’s book, Frog and Crow’s Conversation. With a brunch of homemade chocolate chip cookies (baked by his beautiful wife, Barbara) and coffee from Dunkin, Larry entertained his guests with a read of the story and some discussion on how he illustrated it.

Happy Book Birthday(s)!

Happy Book Birthday to Jevata Crawford! Her business/brand book about her moving system, Moving In Place, walks readers through not only the process of moving but also offers insight into how to sort, organize and get rid of stuff.

Also look for a new title and a completely new endeavor for Parisian Phoenix— we are collaborating with fine artist Garey Riester to release an art book encompassing 60 years of his career. That will be available in October.

Sexy, flash science fiction from Ralph Greco Jr.

Ralph Greco Jr., who will be returning to the Barnes & Noble at the Promenade Shops in Center Valley, Pa., placed a delightful erotic, speculative flash fiction in The Future of Sex, The Dump. Click the link to read the story and if you want to learn more about how Ralph finds his writing gigs, or if you want to tell him your naughty secrets, stop out to B&N on Sunday, October 12.
