You know what I’m going to say, right?

Happy New Year and all that.

Which… I think I’m going to give up on the New Year concept and focus instead on anniversaries and birthdays.

Did you know… Parisian Phoenix Publishing released its first book— Manipulations, the first (stand-alone) volume of the Fashion and Fiends “horror with a woman’s touch” series— on September 11, 2021. The idea to publish the book arose when I broke a laptop when I fell down the stairs with it. It cemented a desire to preserve the books I had written in case of more technological failure.

The release date coincides with Darrell Parry’s birthday, as for 20-plus years of my life he was my biggest supporter and confidante.

From that single novel, we have built a community that includes 15-20 writers (depending if you count contributors, and those who have passed away) not including clients who have asked us to help with one part of the process.

We will release our 50th book this year– that’s right, 50 books in five years! We have an aggressive release schedule of about 10 books per year. We actually aim for less, but we accept new authors and then the authors already in the stable write new books…

So, we’re excited and we hope you’ll consider one or two or three of those 50 books for your bookshelf.
