- Kathryn Dohrmann’s second Stark Ravine Mad poetry chapbook debuts. The book, Mskoze/ Red She Is, follows her journal to discover the indigenous name for the cardinal flower.
- We have several poets (Kathryn, Brian Mahoney, R. Diskin Black, and Mark Luebbers and Ben Goluboff) participating in free poetry events in several states for National Poetry Month in April.
- Echo City Capers and Madeline Marriott have new children’s books coming in May. Echo City has a “growing into” middle-grade The Legend of Mister Toots: A Silent But Smelly Caper. Madeline presents a picture book, Operation Hug, where a team of forest animals build a special suit for their porcupine friend.
