
May is almost here, which means we’re that much closer to releasing our 50th book! That’s 50 books in five years, with books in NINE STATES and about 30 AUTHORS!
I thought it apropos to release the fifth novel in my Fashion and Fiends horror series Absolution in May (the fifth month) as we approach our fifth anniversary in September. I will be working on the ebook of Absolution today, which will be part of Kindle Unlimited. This is definitely the darkest of the Fashion and Fiends series, with more emphasis on the fiends and less on the fashion. (If you like a softer, happier read, book six is a romance novel, primarily from the viewpoint of Dr. Philomé Abdullahi.)
The novel explores the idea of what happens when good people think they are making good decisions, but in reality, they only make the situation worse. It’s a similar question to what E.H. Jacobs proposes in his upcoming novel, Into a Wider Sky.
