It’s a sunny Saturday afternoon in December. I’m drinking Coke Zero and pounding down cinnamon Tastykake mini donuts– the blend of sugar and sassy cinnamon fresher and tastier than I’ve had in years. It’s 1:30 p.m. and already today I’ve talked to one of our authors, our photography and our artistic director.

I’ve visited Nazareth, Pa., where I did a little shopping for brooms and ran into my vice president, Tom Lubben, from the Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group.
The Echo City Capers creators– Joseph Swarctz and Ralph Greco Jr.– have one more week of events before closing their 2023 Echo City Capers tour across the Lehigh Valley.
Last night they had a book signing event at Barnes & Noble at the Promenade Shops in Center Valley, followed by Christmas in Nazareth and an open house at the Moravian Historical Society at the Whitefield House in Nazareth, Pa., today.
Next weekend, Echo City Capers and our other general Parisian Phoenix titles will be available at the Palmer Park Mall on Saturday hosted by Blue Flame Events.

Both venues– the shopping center and historic Nazareth– gave us the opportunity to make connections. In Nazareth, we met author Jennie K. Brown who also happens to own Comfy Cozy Apothecary.
For more information about any of this, you’ll have to look for our Substack newsletter due out later today.
