I spend most of my day typing. Or reading.
It’s the second day of a heat wave so I thought today would be the day to take care of some time sensitive errands.
- Trip to the post office. I have bookmarks for McKenna Graf’s poetry book that launches on FRIDAY. She’s packing publicity boxes and has her hands pretty full with her internship in Brooklyn, the launch and college student summer life. So, I mailed them to her.

- A stop at the bank. I haven’t deposited any of the money from my cash box. So I stopped at the ATM.
- A visit to one of my favorite places: BLUE FLAME EVENTS RETAIL STORE at the Palmer Park Mall. They have been having some issues with the large size hardcover children’s books falling off the shelf so I brought down some different display materials.

- And then an emergecy run to Vasari Oil Pants in Easton’s Silk Mill because my artist friend Maryann Riker ran out of sap green and it just so happens that Vasari (1) has the best paint around, even better than the French stuff, and (2) green was on sale.

My errands are fun, aren’t they?
