Parisian Phoenix Publishing

November proved to be hectic here at Parisian Phoenix Publishing, so I should not have been surprised when I received a phone call from author Larry Sceurman. He had opened his box of bookmarks for his new children’s book, Bookworm’s Magical Journey, and the box contained bookmarks for Kathleen Goggin‘s book, 10 Little Rules for When Good Jobs Go Bad.

Who is Kathleen Goggin? I have no idea.

The printing company, of course, made good on the error and Larry got his bookmarks. But I have a couple hundred of Kathleen’s bookmarks and I don’t want to toss them in the trash.

And just from the bookmark, it looks like her book has some helpful content.

Or maybe I’ve just had more than my fair share of bad jobs and good jobs gone bad.

So, I made some social media posts, wrote this blog post, and visited Kathleen’s web site and sent an email from their “contact us” form. I offered to mail her the bookmarks. She appears to be in Virginia.

We’ll see what happens.
